The Peak Beam Systems Inc. Crew-Served Weapons Light (CSWL) Illumination System for the .50 cal. machine gun searchlight features a rugged front lens and lamp assembly and a permanent, built-in interface that mounts the light to any M1913 Picatinny rail. The combination searchlight and fixed rail mount weighs 3.85 pounds. The operator remotely controls the searchlight's beam width (one degree to 40 degrees) and disabling strobe function using a split tape switch. The CSWL system offers an output of 7,500,000 CandlePower and provides blinding white light or covert infrared illumination at ranges of up to two miles.
